Data protection: By default, Vmersive encrypts data both at rest and in transit, for all of our customers. We further protect your data by hosting it in one of the world’s most secure cloud environments. We store audit logs for all sessions to meet your compliance requirements.
Inappropriate content: We use content moderation to monitor, flag and remove inappropriate and offensive content.
Vmersive partners with Agora for real-time engagement features such as voice, video, chat. We are certified to the ISO/IEC 27001, 27017, 27018 and SOC 2 security standards and meets privacy regulations including GDPR, CCAP, and HIPAA. Vmersive doesn’t collect or store any end-user data aside from Internet Protocol (IP) addresses and operational information necessary for providing our services.
